With more than 18 years of hands-on experience in car wash operations and the last 2.5 years on the supply side, Chad brings a unique perspective that bridges operator needs with supplier solutions.

Starting his career in the car wash industry at just 16 years old, Chad has built a deep understanding of wash performance, customer expectations, and cost-per-car efficiency. At Phyzix, he leverages that experience to design programs that maximize value for operators while maintaining the highest standards of consistency and reliability.
